I originally bought this for my mother but I ended up using it for a knee injury and it was awesome! It would give me a few hours of relief and I really was thankful to have it! I have used topical numbing type sprays before but this was a nice alternative that didn’t cause that cold/hot/numb sensation. I will definitely keep it on hand at my house from now on. Great for sore muscles! My teenage daughter who is always training for multiple sports feels better recovered after a massage with this salve. Even when I don’t have time to massage her, she rubs it on before bed and feels better in the morning.

I use the soothing arnica salve a lot more than I was expecting to! Bruises go away sooner , Kids growing pains on legs. Kids Achy body from sports. Sore neck from sleeping weird. Back pain from menstrual cycle. Sore neck and shoulders from carrying baby/toddler. Perfect to use during illnesses to help with achy body. It has become a staple in the household!

I have been using this Arnica Salve for a month now. I have 2 scaley spots on my face so decided to try it on them. Wow! Those extra nutrients are helping. I use the Blue Tansy Magic Butter daily and have loved it for almost a year now. This salve I use at night on my 2 spots and an arthritic knee and neck. It is helping a bit with the swelling. I love the understated peppermint smell that dissipates almost right away. Natural products are always worth a try and this one I will reorder.
